Who we are

The Home School Teacher is a consulting service designed to support parents to enrich their child’s home learning environment, equipping them with the confidence to jump into spontaneous fun learning when the opportunity arises! 

I am a VIT registered Early Childhood and Primary Teacher with Montessori qualifications for 3-6 years and 6-12 years, and I have had ten years experience teaching at a Montessori school.  

I have moved to a homeschooling model for my three beautiful children aged four and under and I understand the balance of juggling multiple children's needs in a home setting as well as managing the challenges of being a working parent. 

I have extensive experience working alongside children with varying degrees of neurodiversity, and liaising with their families and multidisciplinary teams to implement strategies.

What comes so naturally for creative, experienced and passionate teachers can feel clunky and confusing for parents- I understand that. Since stepping out of the classroom and becoming a parent myself, I have seen how important this work is, and I want to show you how you can do it too- starting from early childhood!
